MCC PANEL

Motor control centers(MCC’s) are usually used for low voltage three-phase alternating current motors from 208 V to 600 V. Medium-voltage motor control centers are made for large motors running at 2300 V to around 15000 V, using vacuum contactors for switching and with separate compartments for power switching and control.

Motor Control Centers (MCC’s) are manufactured using conventional Direct on Line (DOL), Star/Delta Starters and Soft Starters with various interlocking arrangements to suit clients requirements.

We offer MCC panel that are designed, developed and fabricated in compliance with industrial norms. These highly efficient panels are effectively used with motors, submersible pumps, Blower, Fan, Agitator, RAV and Conveyor with sufficient protection from overloads and short circuits.

A motor control center (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus and principally containing motor control units. Motor control centers are in modern practice a factory assembly of several motor starters. A motor control center can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering and may also be the electrical service entrance for the building.

We provide both Local and remote operation facility, Optional features to communicate with PLC/ DCS based operation through Modbus/Profibus/Profinet Interface.

APFC PANELS

APFC Panel has microcontroller based programmable controller which switches the capacitor banks of suitable capacity automatically in multiple stages by directly reading the reactive load (RKVA) which works in the principle of VAR sensing tends to maintain the PF to 0.99 Lag.

The capacitor banks may be selected in number of stages as 4/6/8 according to the load pattern.

By using on Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) system which can ensure consistently high power factor without any manual intervention.

APFC products are fully automatic in operation and can be used to achieve, consistently high power factor under fluctuating load conditions Reduced KVA demand charges, Lower energy consumption in the installation by reducing losses Preventive leading power factor in an installation.

The power factor can be maintained by installing Automatic Power Factor Control Panel (APFC Panel)
